About Us

The London Archers is an archery club for archers from all over London. We have the good fortune to have an excellent summer field at Kensington Palace and an indoor range at a church hall in Pimlico.

Shooting Outdoors in the Summer

We are shooting Wednesday evenings, Saturdays, and Sundays at Perk’s Field subject to key holder availability.

Perks Field, Kensington Palace, Bayswater Road, London W8

Access to Perk’s Field is through the side gate shown below which is down the path from the northwestern entrance to the parks:

By Underground: Bayswater, Notting Hill Gate, Queensway

By Bus: 94, 148, 12, 27, 28, 31, 52, 70

Please note: This ground is part of Kensington Palace and we shoot there with their consent. The ground is patrolled by Royal Protection Police, you must obey their instructions at all times.

Current status: We are shooting a full summer schedule however the black gates on Bayswater road and carpack are not accessible thus the side entrance is being used and there is no parking.

Summer Shooting Times

Wednesday: 17:30 – 20:00+ (when parks close)

Saturday: 10:00 – 13:00 (AM session), 13:00 – 16:00 (PM session)
Sunday: 10:00 – 13:00 (AM session), 13:00 – 16:00 (PM session)

Shooting Indoors in the Winter

We are shooting Wednesday evenings at Holy Apostles church hall and on the weekends at Perk’s Field when key holders are available.

Winter Shooting Times

Wednesday: 18:30 – 21:30 at Holy Apostles
Saturday, Sunday: 10:00 – 16:00 at Perk’s Field (see location information below) at the discretion/availability of the key holders
